Jeff Alan Bricker, age 58, of Howe, Indiana passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
He was born August 7, 1963 in Sturgis, son of Clifford and Janet (Hollister) Bricker.
Jeff resided in Howe since 2001. Prior to moving to Howe he lived in Sturgis and Bronson, where he was a graduate of Bronson High School with the class of 1981.
Jeff’s first job was at the Bronson Super Value Grocery store. He had also been employed by Miller’s Super Value in Sturgis, the Orland Citgo Gas Station in Orland, Indiana and Multiplex and Therma-Tru Doors, both in Howe.
He was one to make friends wherever he went. Jeff loved telling jokes, and was a great mimic of cartoon characters, famous people and friends and relatives. Jeff was strong supporter of Big Ten football and a huge fan of the University Michigan Wolverines. He had true love and compassion for animals and also loved camping in northern Michigan. Jeff enjoyed collecting Coca Cola memorabilia and going to antique stores and flea markets.
He is survived by his mother: Janet; three uncles: Jerry Bricker of Middletown, NY, Jim Mulry of Indianapolis, and Conrad Herman of Bronson and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father; four aunts: Jean Milliman, Joanne Herman, Caryl Adams and Joanne Mulry; two uncles: Clyde Milliman and Clifton Adams and three cousins: David Herman, Steven Milliman and Elaine Adams.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Rosenberg Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 807 E. Chicago Rd. in Sturgis. A graveside committal will take place at 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis.
