The remains of a body found in Three Rivers last week have been identified.
Three Rivers Police officials said the remains were 66-year-old David Michael Abrams, whose body was discovered April 11. A person walking their dog said they noticed the body in the 300 block of Second Avenue in an area not far from the St. Joseph River.
Chief Scott Boling said an investigation into the cause of death remains ongoing.
