Irrigation wire stolen in Sturgis Township

Sheriff’s deputies were called last week to investigate the theft of irrigation wire from a location in Sturgis Township.

Sheriff Mark Lillywhite said deputies were called to the area of U.S. 12 and Elaine Drive.

The victim told authorities an unspecified amount of irrigation wire was taken prior to the date the incident was reported.
