Toni Ridley Tipton, age 83, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Westminster Towers, Rock Hill, SC.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2022 at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Highway, Lake Wylie, SC with the Rev. Dr. Joanne Sizoo officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the Service.
Mrs. Tipton was born April 6, 1939 in Sturgis to the late Silas F. Ridley and Ruth Hart Ridley. She had been active in the River Hills Women’s Club and Garden Club over the years. She will forever be remembered for her smile and giving spirit to all who had the opportunity to meet her. Mrs. Tipton was predeceased by her brother, Terry A. Ridley.
Survivors are her husband George Thomas “Tom” Tipton, Jr.; daughter Kristina “Kris” Meacham (Terry) of Fort Mill, SC; son Patrick Howard of Kingsport, TN; step-daughter Barbara “BJ” Tipton (Tanuj Kulkarni) of Hillsborough, NC; step-son George Tipton, III (Julie) of Blacksburg, VA; grandsons Matthew and Andrew Meacham; step-grandchildren Aaron, Morgan and Zane Tipton; two great step-grandsons; and her beloved furry friend Miss Beasley.
