Patricia Beard, 82

Patricia Ann Beard, age 82, of Battle Creek, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022 at her home. A loyal Post employee and Detroit Tiger fan, Pat is survived by a daughter, Tammy Beard; niece Joanne Riley-Becker; great niece, Julie (Brendon) Becker-Zabavski; great-great nephew, Alex Zabavski. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Stela (Hardin) Tuomala; sister, Ruth Ann Kile; and niece, Jeanette Marie Riley.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am Monday, Oct. 10, 2022 at the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon with Rev. Msgr. Thomas Martin officiating. Burial will follow in St. Edward Catholic Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.eickhofffuneralhome.com
