School board election results

A trio of candidates ran for one partial-term membership to the Three Rivers Community Schools Board of Education. The three, Jack Coleman, Nichole Cover and Anne Riopel, were write-in candidates and the winner had not been determined as of late Tuesday night. The term expires at the end of 2024.

Meanwhile, five people ran for four seats to Centreville Public Schools Board of Education. Incumbents TJ Reed and Jackie Bowen led the way. Joining them will be newcomers Timothy Hall and Tegan Stuby-Hekter. Clarice Green fell short in her bid to join the seven-member board.

In White Pigeon, four board of education seats were pursued by six candidates. Top vote-getters were Andrew Morris, Michele Strayer, Jennifer Stewart and Nicole Sigler. Strayer and Sigler are incumbents.

Susan Sleeper and write-in candidate Scott Van Singel were the other candidates.
