Antoinette “Toni” Taylor passed away on December 3, 2022 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne at the age of 76. She was born on January 3, 1946, in Sturgis, the daughter of Kenneth and Ruth (Taylor) Newman.
Toni graduated from Lima High School and Ball State University where she earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She worked for many years in technical and managerial positions with International Harvester, Magnavox and Raytheon, retiring in 2005. Toni enjoyed gardening, art, travel and was an avid Colts fan for many years. Toni also supported the Humane Society and acted as a foster owner for several dogs, adopting her cherished puppies Pryia and Chewey from the organization.
Toni was pre-deceased by her parents and brother-in-law Michael Norton. She is survived by her daughter Tracey Jordan of Fort Wayne, grandsons Zack and Luke of Tucson, Arizona, sister Mary Norton, brothers Mike (Marybeth) Newman, Mark (Maureen) Newman and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
