Catherine Marie Hargett, age 53, of Coldwater, and a former resident of Sturgis, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Haven Home in Coldwater.
She was born April 8, 1969 in Mishawaka, daughter of the late Norman and Rebecca (Yerrick) Hargett.
Catherine resided most of her life in Sturgis and Coldwater and she loved music.
She is survived by her step-father: Ronald Stark of Sturgis; brother: Kerry (Laurie) Yerrick of Three Rivers and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father: Norman Hargett, mother: Rebecca Stark and brother: Bobby Ray Pelfrey.
In accordance with family wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.
The Hackman Family Funeral Homes of Sturgis is entrusted with the arrangements.
