Community kitchen looking for volunteers

The Three Rivers Community Kitchen is in need of help, as one of its groups is unable to continue serving meals at the site.

Kitchen officials said they are looking for a group – or several groups that can share the day – to prepare and serve meals on the second Tuesday of each month.

The kitchen cooks enough food for up to 50 guests and serves from 4 to 5 p.m. Volunteers are usually finished before 6 p.m.

Any interested group is asked to call David Berry at 278-6765.

The Three Rivers Community Kitchen serves meals 4 to 5 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday in the Parish Hall of Trinity Church, 321 N Main St.
