Johnny Allen Patrick, age 56, of Howe, Indiana died unexpectedly at his home on Monday, February 6, 2023.
Johnny was born on December 11, 1966, in Angola to William A. and Carolyn A. (Halsey) Patrick.
Living his lifetime in the area, he worked for many years at Bostwick-Braun Distribution Center in Ashley, IN. He had also been a security guard for Coachman in Middlebury.
Johnny loved being outdoors, whether it was fishing, deer hunting, or being barefoot outside at the lake. He was a hard worker and when his daughters were growing up, he would coach their different sports teams.
On January 18, 1992, in Angola, he married Christa Moore; Mrs. Patrick survives in Howe.
Also surviving is his mother, Carolyn Patrick of LaGrange; three daughters, Kasey (Lee) Haver of Kendallville, Ashlee (Cody) Alexander of Three Rivers, and Amber Tuttle of Albion, IN; four grandchildren, Sebastian Haver, Sullivan Haver, Trenton Alexander, and Anzlee Alexander; his sister, Brenda (Mark) O’Brien of Ashley, IN; his mother-in-law, Shelby J. Moore of Hamilton, IN; and his Yorkie dog, Copper.
Preceding him in death was his father, William Patrick; his grandparents, C.M. John and Helen Nadine Halsey; and his father-in-law, Nathaniel Moore.
Visitation will take place on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 12:00 pm (noon) until the service time at 2:00 at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange, IN. Rev. Greg Long will officiate the services.
Burial will follow the service at Ontario Cemetery in rural Howe.
