Jack W. Van Wormer, age 86, of Constantine, died Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Borgess Medical Center following a short illness.
He was Born on August 21, 1936 in Berrien Center, Michigan, the Son of Frank and Ada (Lang) Van Wormer. and lived in Constantine since 1995 coming from Goshen, IN.
He was a Veteran of The US Airforce 1953-1957. Electrician for Elkhart Products and American Axle. He enjoyed traveling.
Married to Patricia J Miller on October 19, 1964 in Elkhart, she preceded him in death on February 19, 2017. He is survived by his Children Kathleen (Steve) Ewing and Loren (Denise) Miller, 4 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren. several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, and six Brothers.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 on Wednesday at the Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon where Services will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Terry Neumayer of Trinity Missionary Church officiating.
Interment in Constantine Township Cemetery with Military Rites. Donations to Compassus Hospice.
