A Lockport Township man was released on a $60,000 bond Tuesday night following arraignment on six felony charges related to a raid on his Lockport Township home last weekend.
Princeton Potts, 41, was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his residence in the 18000 block of South River Road, where officers found a large quantity of meth and other drugs.
Potts was wanted on charges of vehicular homicide in Kalamazoo County, according to a press release by the sheriff’s department.
Prosecutor David Marvin charged Potts with delivery of methamphetamine and possession. With three prior felony convictions for possession of cocaine in 2018, concealing stolen property in 2009 and delivery of marijuana in 2004, he could face up to life in prison as a fourth habitual offender, Marvin said.
A probable cause conference is scheduled for March 14.
