The St. Joseph County United Way is appealing to the public to help with a popular, annual fundraiser.
Agency director Kelly Hostetler said she and her staff are preparing for the annual silent auction at the St. Joseph County Grange Fair.
They are looking for different items to include in the auction, and can range from home décor to appliances and gift cards. Monetary donations allow the United Way to purchase and offer gift cards in the auction.
Anyone with an item to donate can call 467-9099 and arrangements can be made for the item to be picked up. Items can also be dropped off at the St. Joseph County United Way Office at 660 E. Main St. in Centreville.
