Attempted break-in at Mottville business

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an attempted break-in last week at a business in Mottville Township.

Undersheriff Jason Bingaman said deputies responded shortly after 3 a.m. Wednesday to a business in the 13000 block of U.S. 12 regarding a burglary in progress.

Once on scene, deputies located the front window of the business was broken out. Upon further investigation, deputies determined the suspect or suspects had fled prior to their arrival.
