Lesa Marie McCrimmon, age 59, of Bronson, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo.
She was born March 22, 1964 in Indianapolis, daughter of the late George and Donna (Chapple) Brinksneider.
Lesa resided most of her life in Florida including the cities of Miami, Lakeland, and Port St. Lucie, moving to Bronson to be closer to family in November of 2023.
On March 26, 1988 she married Daniel Scott McCrimmon in Homestead, Florida. He preceded her in death.
Lesa had been employed by the Fairfield Inn and the Homestead Inn, both in Homestead, Florida.
She enjoyed gardening, reading, and loved the game of Scrabble.
Lesa is survived by her children: Amanda (Mary) McCrimmon of Sturgis and Christopher Brinksneider of Tennessee; grandchildren: Christal Brinksneider, Dezarie Matthews, Lucas Matthews and Carma LaFontaine; sister: Anita (Scott) Fox of Port St. Lucie, Florida; brothers: Mark Brinksneider of Bronson and Jeff Brinksneider of Miami, Florida; sister-in-law: Kerry Brinksneider and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter: Laura McCrimmon and brother: Scott Brinksneider.
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The Hackman Family Funeral Homes of Sturgis is entrusted with the arrangements.
