Bank robbery suspects in custody

Three Rivers Police Chief Scott Boling said two suspects allegedly involved in a February bank robbery in Three Rivers have been apprehended.

The arrests stem from a Feb. 3 incident in the 100 block of North Main Street.

Officers were able to identify the vehicle used to flee the scene and used an automated license plate reader system to track the suspects across state lines.

With cooperation with various law enforcement agencies in Indiana, Boling said Three Rivers authorities identified the bank robbery suspects. He said the suspects are being held on various charges not related to the bank robbery in Three Rivers.

Pending charges, however, are being reviewed by Prosecutor David Marvin.
