JoAnn Wickey, age 88, of LaGrange, died Saturday, March 16, 2024, at The Waters of LaGrange.
She was born on February 14, 1936, in LaGrange to Wilbur and Lela (Hart) Stanner.
JoAnn was a homemaker and a member of the LaGrange 1st United Methodist Church.
On April 18, 1956, she married Samuel J. Wickey in LaGrange County. He preceded her in death on June 22, 2023.
Surviving JoAnn is her daughter, Karen Ryan of Sturgis; a son, Kirk (Maria) Wickey of Middlebury; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren; a sister, Jane Myers of Mount Clare, PA.; and a brother, Bill (Nancy) Stanner of Elkhart.
JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a granddaughter, Amanda Marie Wickey; and a sister, Bonnie Walker.
Graveside Services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in LaGrange at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024, with Jerry Stanner officiating the services.
