Michael Allyn Wolfe Sr., age 66, of Three Rivers, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024 after a brief illness at Borgess Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
He was born April 16, 1957 in Three Rivers, the son of George and Carole (Hemenway) Wolfe, and graduated from Three Rivers High School.
Mike was a dedicated pipefitter/welder for 34 years at Armstrong International. He made many friends in his years at Armstrong’s at the plant, and on his many travels doing work for the company.
He loved tinkering with cars, doing upholstery, NASCAR, traveling, and trying new things. But most of all he loved his family, grandchildren, and children.
Remaining to cherish Mike’s memory are his former spouse, Nancy Wolfe-Nelson; sons, Michael Wolfe Jr. and Steve Wolfe, both of Three Rivers; daughter, Kristen (Lincoln) Lake of Dalton, Ga.; grandchildren, Mason Wolfe, Marcus Wolfe, Connor Lake, Olivia Lake, and Rosalie Wolfe; mother, Carole Wolfe of Three Rivers; brothers, Robert and Corey; sister, Laurie Damore.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Wolfe, and his sister, Sheila Wolfe.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2024 beginning at noon at Hohner Funeral Home, 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 at the funeral home with Chaplain Matt Oliver officiating. He will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
