Centreville Public Schools invites the public to attend a ceremonial groundbreaking of an addition to its elementary school.
The event takes place at 5:30 p.m. June 10. The ceremonial groundbreaking marks the beginning of construction of a new lunch room and music room, which will be added to the north end of the building.
A welcome speech will be made by superintendent Chad Brady and remarks to follow from board president Rod Detweiler.
Funds for the project were made available thanks to a voter-approved millage request in May 2023.
