Daniel R. Miller, age 59, of Sturgis, passed away Thursday afternoon, May 16, 2024 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
He was born July 4, 1964, in Sturgis.
Daniel was a lifelong Sturgis resident. He married Karen (Gravit) Johnson.
Daniel had been employed by several area manufacturing companies.
He attended Grace Christian Fellowship Center in Sturgis and had a true love and appreciation for the outdoors enjoying fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife: Karen; stepdaughter: Nicole (Trevor) Bennett of Sturgis and granddaughter: Chloe Bennett.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, and brother.
In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 114 S. Nottawa St., Sturgis, MI 49091 is entrusted with the arrangements.
