Larry McCally, 77

Larry Ray McCally, age 77, of Three Rivers, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born May 8, 1947 in Three Rivers, the son of Robert and Sylvia (Baker) McCally, and graduated from Three Rivers High School.

Larry was a dedicated employee of Lasco Bathware, serving as the final inspector on bathtubs for more than 12 years before his stroke.

On June 10, 1989, he married Georgina Carol Green. They enjoyed traveling to Florida, and going to South Haven and St. Joseph to watch the boats.

He was an avid hunter, notorious for not telling Carol when he would go out to the woods.

Remaining to cherish his memory are his wife, Carol McCally; two sons, Michael (Jenny) McCally and Chad (Michele) Garver; daughter, Michele (Kevin) Winters; grandchildren, Connor and Jack McCally, and Riley and Bralyon Garver.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Kenneth Garver; and his brother, Jerry McCally.

Visitation will be Friday, May 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Three Rivers Church of the Nazarene, 1221 Coon Hollow Rd., with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastors Rich Saunders and Derl Keefer officiating.

Donations in Larry’s memory may be directed to Three Rivers Hospice or the Three Rivers Church of the Nazarene. Envelopes are available at the Hohner Funeral Home.
