The Abiel Fellows Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently honored recipients of the “DAR Good Citizens.”
Recognized during the April 28 ceremony at the Carnegie Center for the Arts in downtown Three Rivers were Hannah Lennard of Centreville High School, Amaya Walker of Constantine High School, Dylen Cupp of Mendon High School and Rachel VanMarel of Howardsville Christian School. Aryana Gould of Three Rivers High School was unable to attend and will be honored at a later date.
According to standards established by the DAR, recipients of its Good Citizens honors adhere to strong character, and demonstrate dependability, service, leadership and patriotism.
