Patricia Wragg, 78

Patricia Jean (Fair) Wragg, age 78, of Centreville, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Birch Meadows Senior Care in Three Rivers surrounded by her loving family.  Pat was born on July 28, 1946 in Sturgis, the daughter of Robert and Carol (Cook) Fair.  She graduated from Centreville High School with the class of 1964 and recently enjoyed celebrating her 60th class reunion with her classmates and friends from CHS.  Pat attended and graduated from Lansing Business College.   She returned to the area in 1977. She worked as the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent of the St. Joseph County Intermediate School District from 1977-1994 where she met the love of her life, James Wragg. Jim preceded her in death in September 27, 2021.

Jim and Pat were married on August 29, 1980, and together, they attended St. Clare Catholic Church in Centreville, where Pat was a lifelong member. Together they enjoyed traveling and spending time with their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Surviving to cherish Pat’s memory are her children, Lori (Steve) Barczak of Three Rivers, Tom McNamara of Portage, Matt (Michelle) McNamara of Centreville, and step-daughters Kathy (Doug) Bingaman of Three Rivers and Jean (Steve) Zarza of Sturgis; grandchildren  Alex (Sarah) Milliman, Tommy McNamara, Zachary (Hailey Emmons) Milliman, Jacob Milliman, Shawn McNamara, Gavin(Madison Savage) McNamara, Bradley McNamara, Samuel LaValle, Abby (Andrew Littlefield) McNamara, Dylan (Brittany) Thomas. Jason (JayCe) Bingaman, Jeff (Brooke) Bingaman, Jennifer (Pat) Hoelscher, Jade (Ryan) Johnson, Coleman Zarza, her brother Bob (Deb) Fair, nieces Jennifer (Bruce) Kraft and Amy (Mike) Lee and 14 great-grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and infant sister Mary Sue Fair.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday Sept 26, from 4 to 7 pm at Eley Funeral Home in Centreville with a Rosary service being recited at 7 pm.  A Mass will be held on Friday, Sept 27, at 4 pm at St. Clare Catholic Church in Centreville with Fr. R. Mathias, MSFS officiating.  A private interment of ashes will occur at a later date at Toby Cemetery in Burr Oak.
