St. Joseph County Transportation Authority has confirmed it will once again provide a complimentary ride service Dec. 31 and into the early-morning hours of Jan. 1.
The annual Free Ride Home offers a no-questions-asked ride for New Year’s Eve revelers from and to any location in St. Joseph County.
The agency over a seven-hour period a year ago provided 16 rides.
Event organizers said a vehicle will be positioned in Sturgis while another on stand-by in Three Rivers.
