Registration open for Community Book Read

Great Start Collaborative of St. Joseph County has announced the start of a community book read.

“Managing Emotional Mayhem” is described as “much like building a fortress of strength for your feelings,” according to coordinator Stephanie Zann.

She called the novel a well-crafted blueprint that confronts limiting beliefs, equips with vital life skills and illuminates a path in guiding children as they navigate the art of self-regulation in a whirlwind world.

A community book read is a chance for St. Joseph County to come together and read the same book and then talk about it.

Zann said 50 copies are available free of charge. She said participants are asked to attend at least one of the discussion sessions per month.

Registration is required. More information is available from Zann at 467-5473.
