Roger F. Romanski, age 71, of Sturgis, passed away Wednesday afternoon, December 11, 2024, at his home.
He was born June 17, 1953, in Novi, Michigan son of Ivy (Hendrickson) Romanski.
Roger resided in Sturgis since 2016, coming from Hillsdale.
On June 30, 2013, he married Maxine Baker in Hillsdale.
Roger was a self-employed carpenter and talented woodworker. He especially enjoyed making river tables. He had a love of music playing the harmonica, piano and guitar.
He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife: Maxine; brother: Douglas; half-sister: Kim and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother: Butch and sister: Carol.
In honoring Roger’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
