Glen Oaks expands nursing partnership

Glen Oaks Community College and Baker College have announced an expansion to their partnership in nursing programming. Sheriff departments in Cass and Berrien counties are cautioning residents about a phone scam. Agency officials said the caller identifies himself as Lt. Justin O’Brien. The suspect indicates to the potential victim they missed a jury-duty assignment and, as a result, there is a warrant out for their arrest. With the recent rain creating high water levels, St. Joseph County Undersheriff Jason Bingaman is asking boaters to refrain from causing wakes until water levels recede.
