Jo Anne Ackerman of Vicksburg, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the age of 67. Jo Anne was born on December 20, 1957 in Three Rivers. She was the daughter of Harley and Lilly (Watkins) Hall.
She enjoyed competing with her sister on video games, drawing art, and crocheting. She will be remembered as having an independent spirit, kindhearted, loving and being straightforward. She missed her old chihuahua, Angel, after she passed.
She is survived by her sister: Christine Grove, of Vicksburg; two nieces: Cher (Bill) Nickols, of Vicksburg; Charlotte Harris, of Sturgis; one nephew: Wayne Berry, of Three Rivers; and two great nieces: Kelsey, and Cloe; and one great nephew: Sebastion. She is also survived by her sister-in-law: Julie Stratton, of Three Rivers.
Jo Anne has been cremated, and no services are scheduled at this time.
