Officials with Camp Eberhart are celebrating the restoration and future of Dave’s House and Cooper’s Coop with a ceremonial ribbon cutting next month.
The event is at 10 a.m. May 29 at the Fabius Township property.
Dave’s House has been an integral part of Camp Eberhart since 1932, serving as the heart of programs, from photography and music to stargazing and rainy-day bonding, camp officials said.
Thanks to the generosity of camp supporters, an essential renovation to preserve the historic space for generations to come has been completed.
The fanfare will also include Cooper’s Coop, a new addition that honors the unwavering commitment of philanthropic partners who make Camp Eberhart’s mission possible.
