Century Bank and Trust is proud to announce the official launch of its new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) across offices locations. These cutting-edge machines offer the convenience of an ATM with the personal touch of a live local teller.
To celebrate, each office will host an Official ITM Launch & Customer Appreciation Day, inviting community members to stop by, try out the new technology, and connect with staff over refreshments and conversation.
“ITMs are designed to provide flexibility, convenience, and a seamless customer experience,” said Mashaun Schabloski, AVP & Marketing Director. “Our team is excited to demonstrate this new technology while continuing to offer the same personalized service Century is known for.”
The event schedule is as follows:
• May 12 – Reading & Three Rivers | All day during normal business hours
• May 13 – Quincy & Sturgis West | All day during normal business hours
• May 15 – Coldwater East & Bronson | All day during normal business hours
For the Century offices that don’t currently have the new ITM’s, we will be hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on:
• May 16 – Sturgis Main, Nottawa, & Coldwater Main | All day during normal business hours
