Clark Logic has acquired Kandler Tool Company, a respected full-service machinery moving and rigging company based in Kalamazoo. This strategic acquisition enhances Clark Logic’s expanding industrial service capabilities and reinforces its ongoing commitment to investing in the region.
Founded in 1975, Kandler Tool Company focuses on heavy machinery transportation, offering disassembly, reassembly, installation, and relocation services for both individual machines and entire industrial plants. Following the acquisition, the company will operate under the new name Kandler Tool Services.
