Peggy Joanne Graham, age 73, of Cassopolis, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at South Bend Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 7, 1952 in Chicago, the daughter of Paul J. and Doris (Wing) Garber, and graduated from Constantine High School with the Class of 1970. She was a member of the CHS Choir.
In November 1975, Peggy married Lyle Graham, and they made their home in the Marcellus area.
She was an avid crocheter and a lover of animals, having many pets over time. She was also active in the Cass County Commission on Aging and the Cassopolis VFW.
Remaining to cherish her memory are four stepchildren and their families, Tammy, Terry, Tom, and Penny; three sisters, Eileen (Ed) Denny, Barbara Hughes, and Carole (Jack) Parsons; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Graham, on February 18, 2007; sister, Rosemary Elliott; and brother-in-law, Bill Hughes.
Her family will receive friends Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Hohner Funeral Home, 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers. A memorial service will follow at noon at the funeral home, with Pastor P.J. Horn officiating. She will be laid to rest in Bly Cemetery.
Donations in Peggy’s memory may be directed to the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan or to the Cass County Commission on Aging. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
