A 63-year-old Coldwater man was fatally shot early Monday.
Coldwater Director of Public Safety Joe Scheid said officers responded shortly before 2:30 a.m. to a residence on North Fremont Street in response to a shooting incident.
Public-safety officials said Gordon Miracle was pronounced dead at the residence.
Additional details were not immediately available, though authorities said other occupants inside the residence were not harmed.
