Ambie Lamoye Michael Mangold, age 12, of Three Rivers, passed away on June 22, 2025 in Centreville. Ambie was born on August 5, 2012, in Three Rivers to Jan Michael “TG” Mangold and Jeniffer Kay Eaton.
Ambie lived her entire life in Three Rivers, where she was a vibrant, athletic, and adventurous spirit. She had just completed the 7th grade at Three Rivers Middle School. A passionate cheerleader, she was part of Champion Cheerforce during the 2022–2023 season.
Known for her energy and curiosity, Ambie loved rollerblading, fishing, exploring, and spending time outdoors. A true tomboy at heart, she was fearless, cool, and always on the move. She had a special talent for making beaded jewelry, a love for stylish name-brand shoes, and a deep fondness for reptiles—often rescuing frogs and turtles with care and excitement.
Ambie’s heart was as big as her smile. She adored children and family, was known for her kindness, and never complained. She loved being around others and always wanted more time with those she cared about. She was a light in every room—adored by many and a best friend to all, especially to her sisters Kyonna and Esmerie. Ambie was the middle of three inseparable sisters—Kyonna, Esmerie, and Ambie—lovingly known as the Three Musketeers. Their bond was unshakable, a sisterhood built on love, mischief, and unspoken understanding.
Ambie and her sister Esmerie shared an especially close connection. Often referred to by family as “The Girls,” they were side by side through every adventure, every giggle, and every quiet moment. That connection, deep and true, remains unbroken even in Ambie’s absence.
Ambie is survived by her loving parents: Jeniffer Kay Eaton and Jan Michael “TJ” Mangold, both of Three Rivers; her siblings: Adrianna (Levi) Wilkins of Scotts, MI; Malachi (Tadasha Wykle) Eaton of Constantine; Jaquezik (Kennedy Peterson) Eaton, Kyonna Eaton, and Esmerie Eaton, all of Three Rivers; grandparents: Cindy Eaton of Three Rivers, Janet Whitney (Doug Millard) of Three Rivers, and Sandra Mangold of Louisiana; her “bestsie” Emileigh; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Billy Russell Mangold, and father figure, Willie Jones.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ray Funeral Services, 305 Rock River Ave., Three Rivers, MI 49093. Funeral services will begin at 12:00, officiated by Pastor Jerry Solis of Destiny Church. A procession will follow to Riverside Cemetery for burial.
