The second sewer spill within a month in Fabius Township was reported in late June.
Constantine Village Manager Mark Honeysett said the incident was reported shortly before 9 a.m. June 25 in the 15000 block of Gleason Road, near the intersection of King Road.
Honeysett said the incident was in the general vicinity of a previous spill June 11.
He said tanker trucks were dispatched to the scene, where they transported sewage to the Three Rivers Wastewater Treatment Plant. Meanwhile, Morris Excavating of White Pigeon sent in workers to repair the force main, which was replaced by a 25-foot section of pipeline.
Honeysett estimated the spill was less than 10,000 gallons.

Way over 2nd spill! Hitting double digits. Thats why folks on Gleason have no more patience, but do have an attorney.
Watch the new plant. How long before they’re back to dumping, I mean spilling, into the river like they used to do.
Let’s face it. Constantine stinks. Literally. There’s at least three entry points into the village where you get hit with stench: the main drag, Featherstone and Florence.
