A Chicago woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash last week in Cass County’s Newberg Township.
Sheriff Clint Roach said deputies were dispatched at 8:45 a.m. Friday to M-60 and Woodlake Road in response to a crash with injuries.
Investigators said 44-year-old Nora Gill was driving east on M-60. Meanwhile, Plainwell resident Logan King, 19, was driving west on M-60 and attempted to turn left onto Woodlake Road. Deputies said King’s vehicle entered the eastbound lane of M-60 and crashed into Gill’s car.
Gill was transported to Three Rivers Health. King did not require medical attention.
