St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department is hoping security footage might provide a clue into the circumstances surrounding a Lockport Township man.
Deputies were called Tuesday to the 17000 block of South River Road regarding an unresponsive individual.
Authorities decided the situation required further investigation to determine whether foul play was involved. Sheriff’s officials said the victim, whose name is being withheld, is in critical condition and currently hospitalized.
Investigators said the victim’s family has been notified.
Anyone in the area with security cameras, Ring devices or similar systems are asked to review their footage from Sunday through Tuesday to secure information valuable to the investigation.
