Brian Dale Greider, age 81, of Three Rivers, passed away on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at Lake House Assisted Living in Three Rivers. He was born on September 13, 1943 in South Bend, the son of John and Evelyn (Hosinski) Greider. Brian attended Riley High School and was part of the 1961 graduating class. In 1965, Brian joined the United States Army and honorably served his country in Vietnam. On March 4, 1977 Brian married Frances Howe in Centreville. Over the years, he held many jobs, working at the auto auction in Schoolcraft, assembling medical equipment with Champion, and Continental Linen in his younger days. Brian enjoyed the simple things in life; tinkering and fixing up lawn mowers, watching some football, and fishing for pike on Portage Lake.
Brian is survived by his two children; Laurie (Tom) Crouch of Mendon and Rick (Cheryl) Howe of Three Rivers; four grandchildren; Chelsea (Josh) Minger, Zac (Erin) Crouch, Jake Howe, and Spencer (Tiffany) Howe; four great-grandchildren; Nolan, Brennan, Austin, and Sawyer; and many nieces, nephews, and extended families. He was preceded in passing by his parents John and Evelyn Greider; brothers; Sherman, Lance, and David Greider; sister; Barb Colburn; and his loving wife; Frances Greider.
