Constantine municipal officials recently OK’d an evaluation of its employee structure and staffing needs, with a focus centering on the post of village manager.
A 30-day study will be conducted by Jim Bontrager. The $6,000 review will help council members determine whether there is a need to replace longtime village manager Mark Honeysett. He is retiring at the end of February.
Options include a full-time village manager, a part-time manager or whether duties associated with the role could be delegated to and effectively handled by village staff members.
King is expected to present the results of his study by the end of the year.

$6000 and 30 days amateur speciliast to tell council members what they should already know! If they don’t have the time to read, they will not have the capacity to rationally reason.
Frightening!
