Animal Control in need of donated items

St. Joseph County Animal Control is appealing to the public for help with donations.

Agency officials said it is in need of baking soda and dishwasher pods. Those needs are in addition to the usual necessities of blankets, towels, food and dog toys.

The Centreville-based facility is open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is closed from noon to 1 for lunch.
