Glen Oaks Community College officials said students can expect renewed energy in campus life, as Danielle Stone steps into her role as the college’s first dean of student engagement.
Stone began her position this week, bringing more than a decade of experience in student development, residential life and inclusive leadership. She will oversee areas that include athletics, housing and residential life, student conduct, student clubs and organizations, and will serve as the college’s Title IX coordinator.
Glen Oaks President Bryan Newton said Stone’s positive energy, deep understanding of student engagement and commitment to inclusion make her a valuable addition to the school.
