John Warmack, 66

John Paul Warmack, age 66, of Three Rivers, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025 at his home.

He was born May 2, 1959 in Parkville, the son of William and Hazel (Chitwood) Warmack, and attended Three Rivers schools, later earning his GED.

A general laborer at Parma Tube, John was a hard worker who passed on his work ethic to his children.

On April 28, 1990 he married Brenda Lee Johnson, to whom he had been introduced by a mutual friend. Together they loved playing euchre and going to the beach.

Family was everything to John, and he made sure they had good experiences as a family whether at home playing Uno, Skip-Bo, or board games, or away at Cedar Point or Six Flags. He loved doing family cookouts, with brats and burgers his favorite food to grill.

A top-notch gardener with a green thumb, he took pride in keeping his lawn and plants immaculate.

Kind, loving, humorous, and devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren, John was the best father and grandfather one could ask for.

He was a hero to many – he was loved and will be missed by everyone.

Remaining to cherish his memory are his wife, Brenda Warmack; son, Garland (Heather) Johnson; daughters, Tonia Warmack and Dawn Warmack; grandchildren, Payton Johnson, Marissa Johnson, Dayton Bennett, and Andrew Carnegie; several brothers, sisters, and cousins.

John was preceded in death by three daughters, Mandy Lin Johnson, Monica Joy Bennett, and Deborah Ann Warmack.

A celebration of John’s life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements by Hohner Funeral Home.
