All three St. Joseph County varsity football teams, as well as Bronson High School, saw their season come to a close over the weekend.
In the second round of Michigan High School Athletic Association playoff action, Three Rivers fell in a Division 4 road contest against Vicksburg, 21-17. The game came down to the final play but the Wildcats were unable to reel in a game-winning touchdown as time expired.
Meanwhile, in Division 8 play, No. 1-ranked Hudson claimed a home victory, 50-20, over White Pigeon.
Bronson ended its season at 8-3, with a 20-12 road loss to Hanover-Horton High School in Division 7.
On Saturday, in 8-player Division 2, Mendon came up short on the road against Portland St. Patrick, 51-22.
In Kalamazoo County, Schoolcraft shut-out Lawton, 26-0, Friday. The Eagles, who play in Division 7, move on to a game in Jackson County against Hanover-Horton. It will be played at 1 p.m. Saturday.
