An Elkhart woman was hospitalized following a crash last week in Cass County’s Howard Township.
Sheriff’s officials said the incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. Friday on Yankee Street, south of Wolf Road.
Authorities said the 27-year-old driver was traveling east when her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Deputies did not indicate in a media release the extent of her injuries or a cause for her vehicle leaving the road.
