Russell Wayne Zimlich, a longtime resident of Three Rivers and former resident of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the age of 72. He was born on February 22,1953 in Dearborn to Alden J and Doreen (Richardson) Zimlich. Russ was the middle of three children.
Russ graduated from Three Rivers High School in 1971. During school he ran cross country. After graduating he worked in tool and dye and later worked with his father in sales at Mid America Plastics.
Russ was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son Benjamin, his brother Alden D (Bonnie) Zimlich, his sister Karen Zimlich.
Following his wishes, cremation has taken place and no service is planned at this time.
