Claudia J. (Vaught) Lawson, age 70, of Constantine, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Born August 5, 1955 to the late Robert and Jean Vaught in Painesville, Ohio, she lived most of her life in Wickliffe, Ohio before moving to Michigan in the 90’s. She was a Wickliffe High School Class of 1973 graduate.
Claudia was a devoted wife, and avid dog lover. Her joy came from dog sitting for friends and spending time with her family.
Claudia is survived by her husband, Ed Pryzbylski; brother, John (Susan) Vaught; sister, Sandy Griesmer; nephews, Jason Vaught, Jordan (Alicia) Vaught, Kevin (Yasmin) Miller; niece, Natalie (Cody) Rogers; great nephew, Cutler Rogers; great niece, Scarlett Vaught; aunt, Gale (Phil) Shaw; and dearest cousin, Sherry Vaught Brown.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Jean Vaught; her sister, Diane Miller; and brother-in-law, David Griesmer.
Private family services will be held, in lieu of a traditional funeral service.
