Mrs. Agnes Marie Taylor, age 85, of Three Rivers, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 31, 2026 at the Optalis Nursing Facility surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Taylor was born on February 15, 1940 in Elgin, IL.; the daughter of the late James H. and Agnes E. (Brazil) Brooks.
Mrs. Taylor has been a resident of Three Rivers since 1953 moving from the Elgin area. In 1958 she graduated from Three Rivers High School. She was united in marriage to the love of her life Mr. Charles E. Taylor who preceded her in death on December 26, 1991. Out of this union were born nine children.
Mrs. Taylor leaves to cherish her memory beloved children, Nathan P. Brooks, Donald D. Taylor, Eric L. (Judy) Taylor, Kathryn A. Taylor, Viola H. Johnson, Dorcus M. Taylor, Theodore D. Taylor, and Michael L. Taylor. Many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Three brothers, Robert Robinson, Dwayne and James Brazil and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Agnes was preceded in death by her beloved parents; husband, Charles; son, Ervan L. Taylor; sister, MaryAnn Brazil; step son, Charles E. Taylor; step daughter, Edna (Larry) Jackson.
The family of Agnes Taylor will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service beginning at 11:00 on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Hohner Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Bennett officiating.
Interment will be held at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI.
