Health department building damaged in tornado

Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency has announced its Three Rivers office was significantly damaged during Friday’s tornado.

Agency director Rebecca Burns said clinical services, WIC, immunizations, and STI/HIV treatment and testing are temporarily relocating to Sturgis.

The Sturgis facility is at 1555 E. Chicago Road.

Anyone who had an appointment scheduled in Three Rivers but now unable to keep it is asked to call 273-2161, ext. 201.

Meanwhile, operations related to environmental health services, well and septic permits, food licenses and inspections will temporarily relocate to 570 Marshall Road in Coldwater.
