The Michigan High School Athletic Association continues its girls’ basketball tournament tonight, with matchups featuring district finals.
We’ll broadcast District 48 competition in Division 2, featuring a contest involving league rivals Three Rivers High School and Plainwell.
The Wildcats are 11-11 after beating Dowagiac Wednesday, 43-42. Plainwell, 17-6, advanced after topping Vicksburg, also on Wednesday.
Tonight’s winner faces the victor of this evening’s Grand Rapids South Chrisitan and Holland Christian contest. That impending regional semi-final will be played Monday in Otsego.
Tonight’s game from Plainwell High School will be carried live on WRCI 97.1 FM, starting around 6:50, with a scheduled start time of 7 o’clock. The broadcast will also be streamed online at wrciradio.com.
