St. Joseph County United Way is sponsoring a canned-food drive to benefit families impacted by Friday’s tornado.
Agency director Kelly Hostetler said drop-off locations for non-expired, non-perishable food is at GreenMark location in Michigan or Indiana, Alpha Builders in Nottawa, and Nottawa Gas in Centreville.
The closest GreenMark locations are on Heimbach Road at U.S. 131 near Three Rivers and in Cass County, on U.S. 12, in Union.
Other options in addition to canned goods include boxes of macaroni and cheese, fruit cups and shelf-stable foods.
